No
Looks like everyone is having a bad week. Over at Cloud Nine it is the end of the year routine. With us it is get ready fast for the course that starts next week. Our situation is usually the opposite. Can't buy anything until after April 1st.
But Cloud Nine reminded of something when she emphasized "No". Most people are afraid to say no. And others play on you because of it. The charity phone calls with the blurb that pulls at the strings so you won't say no. The people at the door with toddlers by their side, you wouldn't say no in front of the kids. Or the person that says to you on the weekend, "got a minute, something is wrong with my widget" and the whole day is gone. Or "if you have the time, can you come and give me a hand at..." Well you get the picture. I am not knocking charity or any other worthwhile cause, just the procedure. Give me an honest choice, don't make it sound like I am obligated to, or I have to. Because I'm the one who has no problem saying "No".
