Wind
Election time gets closer in Nova Scotia. Ever notice as the parties call you to solicit your support their caller IDs are always blocked or show as unknown name? If they don't want to be identified now, what would they be like after the election is over?
Think about the wind for a moment. Elections generate wind. Wind turbines generate electricity in some areas. Sail boats require wind to get anywhere. Airplanes can't fly without wind generated by props or jet engines. Yet wind like hurricane Juan can be very damaging and destroy everything in sight. Some wind is in between the two above extremes. Whipping your flowers, blowing down your tent, flying your kite, and frazzling your hair. Pretty amazing stuff for something you can't see.
Excuse me, I have to break wind - the kind that is neither productive or destructive.
See you tomorrow!
