Read The Instructions
It used to be, (and probably still is) a well known fact that most men refuse to read instructions when assembling something or adding something to their computers.
Well the other day I found out it doesn't do a heck of a lot of good anyway. My son and I were assembling a new device for our yard, and found it very necessary to consult the directions. Well guess what? Assemble part K to part M for one side, M to M for the other, and M to K for the next. Only trouble is there were no letters on any of the parts. The diagrams were so small the parts all looked alike.
This deal took place several times, when we finally chucked the directions, and put the darn thing together by trial and error.
I read on the internet that customer service by telephone is going down hill fast because all the call centers are located off shore, in shore and far shore. Let me tell you, that is not the only place, and don't think you have to speak in person or on the phone to experience language problems...
