Am I One Are You One
I am talking about thieves, yeah criminals. We are being treated like one.
Ever buy a movie lately and try to get it out of the package? It is wrapped in multi layers of plastic. After you get that off you have two or more stick on labels over the box seams that you have to peel off. Course it won't peel off in one piece, it continually breaks. Then inside you will find the little stick on wire strip that is supposed to trigger the sensor alarm as you run boldy from the store. Just opening the package takes ten minutes - opening something you paid for.
Try buying something to fix your faucet, or get some screws to fix that doo ma jiggy. Yep you got it, packaged in a neat blister pack, with lots of tape around the seams followed by a label that goes over the opening part also. You have to use a knife to get to your chosen item, but be careful the package is designed to resist cutting and opening.
Or go to your favourite store and buy your favourite small item. Yep, it is in a locked glass case. You have to get an employee to open the case for you and transport the item to the nearest busiest cash register. That is if you can find one.
Whether you are one or not, you are being treated like one ... .... ... times have changed!
