This Is My Week For Saying Only Good Things
Usually I gripe about this and that all the time in this blog, and this week is going to be different. I am only going to mention good things this week for there are a lot of them, despite the nit-picking on the bad end of things all the time.
I will start off with my wife, who has stood by me all these years through good and bad, thick and thin. She has always waited on me hand and foot, and is always there no matter what. She has been and still is a friend, lover, advisor, soul-mate, and whatever else you can think of, dedicating her life to the kids and I.
There are only the two of us in the nest now, and it seems so right. We started out as two, raised a very successful family, and now back to two again. Now we have time to enjoy each other again, and act like a couple of kids. "I am never going to grow up" is my motto.
Live each day as if it were your last - cause one of them will be! I hope I am doing that,... for her sake.
