For the past few days the media has a lot of articles claiming a crackdown on speeders by all police departments in our area. Due to the nature of my job, I feel obligated to try and follow all traffic laws to the best of my ability, as an example. But does anybody really follow any of the speed limits? No matter where I go, I see individuals way above any reasonable limits. I see company vehicles doing the same, constantly. And perhaps the worst part, I see official vehicles from all departments doing the same thing, every day. They are not on an emergency as there are no warning lights. Who holds the radar gun on them?
