Service
Do you find the service we receive today to be less than a year or so ago. Sure we are more demanding in our everyday lives, but I am talking about normal every day happenings. For example you order a particular product, being very careful to specify exactly what you want included. Does that product often arrive with the exact item you specified, not included?
Do companies often give you a specific delivery date, then come up with various excuses why it doesn't arrive on that date. That is, if you call them.
Do new products often require service calls, or have to be returned because something is not working, or parts are missing.
This is happening more and more every day, even to name brand items that only a couple years ago would never break down or have to be returned. Just where are we heading?
