Neat but Scary
Today I was tipped off to look at this new site for maps and satellite pictures. For a long time I have been using Mapquest to find places and give directions.
Now Google Maps does even better. Try this site, just type your address into the search bar at the top, separating each element by a coma. Zoom in on the map by using your mouse or hitting the plus key on the keyboard. Now click on the 'Satellite' link in the upper right corner. There you go an aerial shot of your home or anywhere else you chose. Zoom in the same way.
I think this is awesome, the detail is unbelieveable. Scary, yes - just think - another little chunk of privacy has just bitten the dust. Just the same, I like it.
