Short Week Long Weekend
They call this a short week because this coming weekend is a long weekend. I take it if you put a short week and a long weekend together you get a normal week. But this is a a short week because Friday is a holiday. Next week is also a short week because Monday is a holiday for most too. So if you put two short weeks together with a long weekend do you get one normal week or two?
If that is the case and only one week is short and the weekend is long, put the two together and you get a normal week. So is this a normal week or is next week a normal week? The weekend is long right? But it is only one day short of a normal week.
No wonder I am mixed up - good thing it is a long weekend, I will need that to rest up!
