Warranty Customer Service Reliable Products

Whew! That is quite a title. I don't know about you, but lately I have been having terrible luck of the draw, and nearly everything I have purchased recently has to be returned or replaced for one reason or another.

Let me say that I have never bought a product to use it and then return it with no intention of keeping the purchase in the first place. I have never used a warranty or insurance policy to get a product better than the one I originally paid for.

I only want a reliable product that works as stated within its price range, and if it doesn't, to be treated quickly and fairly so that it does.

Do you feel the same as I do? That today if you buy something, once you are out the door you are on your own. Companies and organizations that used to be high on the satisfaction list are no longer there. It is a run around to get satisfaction, with call centre action that leads to a circle of 'here we go again'.

Product reliability has almost disappeared, with customer service and warranties straight out of cartoon land.

Lately and currently I am having troublesome experiences with an electronics firm, a cell phone provider, a vehicle manufacturer, medical plans and have gotten some satisfaction only after expending an enormous amount of time.

In some cases I think such things are made difficult in hopes that you will go away and forget it.

I have been looking for a new theme for another part of my web site. I think I know what it is going to be.
