A big percentage of us do text messages, right? I have to admit, my thumbs don't talk as quickly as some of the young thumbs. But I get by most of the time.

My biggest problem is how do you end a conversation after several text messages back and forth?  

Some people just stop texting. You never know whether they are finished or not. Especially if they are the kind that takes a couple minutes between each answer. So you sit on the other end and after a half hour you think, "Guess they are finished."

The other kind are the ones that say, "Well I guess I gotta go." (Remember this is not voice, this is text.)

"Okay, talk to ya next time."

"Good talkin' to ya, nite."

"Yeah good night, talk later."

"Later."

"Bye for now."

"Yep, so long."

"Later, I'm gone."

This could go on for hours. Why can't texters take a lesson from the truckers who have been "CB-ing" for years:

"See Ya, Bye!"
