Most of you have filled out forms online where you have to put in your name, your email address and sometimes your age.

Drop Down - Way Down

Many sites make it easy by including a drop down list you click on and select the appropriate response.

Do you think this is helpful? Is it easier to select than to type in the year of birth, for example?

Well yes it is, if you are twenty or thirty years old.

But its not for me.

Scroll Down, Down, Down

I have to scroll down, and scroll down, and scroll down . . .

And finally there it is, the year of my birth. 

I almost aged another year while I was scrolling down to the year of my birth. Age is just a number, right?

How Low Can You Go
