Find The Index
It wasn't too long ago when you got a catalogue the index was in the front or at the very back. Not so today. For awhile there was a line on the front cover saying "Index, page #_" or "Find the index on page _". Then this information moved to the spline in very fine print.
Now you have to thumb through the entire book/catalogue looking for the index. And usually it is in the most unlikely place, often with pages that stick together. Do they not want use to use the index? Is this a sly way to get us to distract to some other page or some other product while we index cruise?
At least with online shopping we can hit search and find the item we want. Or go in person to the store and find the item, - after we push on the door that says pull.
