Ants

Some time ago I passed on some positives to the staff at the CH SuperStore. They still deserve that. But this time some negatives to top management for allowing this to happen.

Today around 6 pm the better half and I go there for groceries figuring traffic would be low and the weekly grocery task would be quick. Wrong!

It was inventory time. Now the current trend is to hire this outside company to do the inventory. One aisle had 9 of them with there little beepers, some on ladders, some on stands and some just stands. That's right NINE OF THEM IN ONE AISLE! There wasn't any room for customers to get through.

On to the next row of perpenduclar shelves. Only two women inventory takers in this one. But guess what, they work together. One is half sitting, half laying down. Directly across from her is the other in a squatting position. No room to get a cart through unless you want to run over one's feet. And none of them make any effort to get out of the way.

I have often heard of them being called "Ants". That is totally wrong and un-polite. Ants move - and scurry away rapidly at the approach of someone.

Whatever happened to doing inventory after hours. What's the good of having an inventory if the customers can't get to it. It is not only me complaining, numerours customers said the same thing. And guess what Mr. Management, your own staff was saying the same thing - they couldn't do their job properly either.

And I never even mentioned the hundreds of stupid little tags sticking out of everything and all over the floor. That anything like tying ribbons around trees so you can find your way back?

On a side note, Miz D is on a roll - I think??? One day she is talking about measuring and taxing the penis. Then the following day she is looking for the definitions of love. I think there is a connection there somewhere. Does the plug go in the socket or does the socket accept the plug?
