Difficult Questions

Miz D has some pretty tall questions over at Cloud Nine.

Questions about the future seem to be the main line. Perhaps a fortune teller would fill the bill. No, that may not work, they can be accurate or totally out to lunch. And you never know which until after it happens.

Maybe a wizard? In cartoons they make things happen, but life is no cartoon. Once the wizard acts it is a done deal, and the results may not be perfect.

How about a soothsayer? Are they not supposed to know all? Then again their accuracy hasn't been proven either that I am aware of.

Just trying to help out. Then again I guess some things are just better left alone to happen at their own pace. If we knew what was going to happen, it might make us angry. We need that happiness in between. It could make us sad. The little happy things counter that. It might make us depressed. Little bright spots make that go away, even if only temporarly.

The future could be all happiness. Would that be normal. Could we handle it? Or would we still complain. I bet we would - about the weather at least...
