Gimmie That Remote
This is a world of remote controls. Toy cars go zooming around the living room. Cars start up in the neighbourhood every morning with never a soul in sight. Lights go off and on as if by magic. Can you imagine getting up out of your chair and going to the TV to change channels.
Doors open as you walk up to them, and close silently behind you. Toll booth barriers spring up just as you get to them. Remotes come in all shapes, sizes and some of them you can't even see.
Now one remote control I am not sure I want to see. It was announced today that aircraft landing in Sydney, Nova Scotia will be controlled from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Isn't that a technical wonder, or is it?
Better not let the batteries die in that one - get two bunnies!
