Excuses and Picks
Wink: I believe five out of four people have trouble with fractions.
We all make excuses, every day for a lot of things. I think today though we are entering an era of 'excuse pollution'.
Politicians are making excuses, police departments are making excuses, the military is making excuses, bars are making excuses, entertainers are making excuses, managers are making excuses, and so it goes on and on.
No explanation needed, just watch the news for about fifteen minutes.
And a second part to todays blog - - -
Chris Pirillo of Lockergnome fame has so many things on the go on the net it is hard to keep track of them all. I used to watch him on TV back when, and have read quite a few of his internet publications on a regular basis, as well as subscribe to a couple of his current newsletters and an RSS feed.
One of his latest endeavors is to again publish a plain text newsletter of great 'picks'. I let it go for a few editions before I made this recommendation, and after reading a few I think it is great. It is a list of various great sites (urls) with a brief description that you might like to visit. I continually scan for new links every day and have about 3400 bookmarks, yet Chris manages to come up with some valuable ones in each issue that I never ran across before.
You can subscribe to it too, and I recommend you do, just by sending an email to: Chris at
