If you want these two items, that’s fine. Both are reputable programs with lots of users.

But if you don’t and you are just upgrading Skype, and you don’t pay attention, you are going to get them anyway.

Even with programs you are familiar with you must pay attention when upgrading. Make sure you do a custom install and watch the details.
