Summers Here Case of Beer
Did you ever notice the person walking up the sidewalk with a case of beer? They look so proud, chest stuck out, strong stride, arms swinging emphatically. I wonder why they don't do that when they are carrying a case of pop, or a couple cartons of milk? And the beer case is always held so you can plainly read the label. You never see the label on the milk or the pop. Must be another of those spring rituals.
The other sign of spring - the tattoo(s) are showing. Nice sweet ladies with mini skirts and bare shoulders with an angora blob of bird dung on the left shoulder. Or the one with a hint of a birdshot design on the back of her neck that looked like it ran down her back and around the front to splash abstractly all over her belly. I guess I am missing something, maybe there is a generation gap...
