Wasteful Resources
Our harbour cleanup project has been going on for some time with little accomplished considering how long we have been paying the extra on water bills.
We have new used submarines that are once agin in the news. They barely float, let alone do anything and they are in the news again. Something about a 25 year maintenance contract. Beats me - a maintenance contract before they ever got built properly.
Talk abounds about bringing the Olympic games here in a few years. No actual costs have been given, that's controlled information. However the predictions of private individuals hardly come close to the spicy estimates thrown around in certain circles.
I guess the power rate increase, and the 106.9 per litre for fuel we are paying are minor compared to what we will be paying.
