No Snow Here
We have had an easy winter in Halifax/Dartmouth. Very little snow, and the real cold temperatures only came a couple weeks ago.
In some phone conversations and checking Nova Scotia's highway cameras I realized how lucky we are. Parts of the valley and central Nova Scotia have a fair amount of snow, while we sit here with almost bare ground.
I despise winter, but this one hasn't been too bad. And the good part is the days are gradually getting noticably more daylight each week. March came in like a lamb, and may go out like a lion if you believe that sort of stuff. We are bound to have more storms before the mayflowers and tulips pop out, but at least they won't last long - the snow that is - not the mayflowers and tulips...(?) />
