The Sunday shopping debate has been solved in our province and we will 'enjoy' Sunday shopping from now on whether we want to or not.

That means there will be no more weekends. The week just goes on and on and on...

I am truly disappointed that a lot of us voted on the topic and it was turned down some time ago. That should have been the end of it, but these days when you want something you keep at it until the answer is yes.

I often hear the results of no to Sunday shopping was only by a small majority, and some say only by those in out lying areas.

My question is this. The next time we are choosing a leader, and he or she wins by only a small majority, does this mean we choose the leader with the least amount of votes?

Food for thought isn't it? Maybe there are more directions than North South East and West.
