Fall In August 

It can’t be the start of the fall season already, can it? There’s been unusual and weird weather all around the world, and now it is happening in my yard.

  Taken today, 16 August 2010 – the leaves colour change is well under way, with some top branches beginning to bare and leaves gathering on the ground.

   And this little furry friend has been carting away nuts and bird seed for the past two weeks in my back yard.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I’ve also seen some geese or ducks flying southerly in formation during the past few evenings. It’s just too early! Too early! I haven’t even got my fly south plans completed yet.
