“Hey hey ho ho It’s still got to go.”

Every time you turn on the TV or look at a newspaper today there is some group somewhere protesting this, or protesting that. But what good does it do?

You have to stand up for your rights I hear, things have to be changed.

At these protests I see people arrested, I see damage to businesses properties. Often police vehicles are damaged or destroyed completely.

Who pays for this? Even if the insurance pays for the property and business damage, who really pays when insurance rates get adjusted.

People yell into PA bull horns “Hey hey ho ho (fill in the blank) has to go.”

But at the end of the day, nothing went. It’s still got to go. At the end of tomorrow nothing has gone. It’s still got to go. At the end of the week, the month, nothing has got up to go. It’s still got to go.

Some manage to make their debut on the six o’clock news but… It’s still got to go.

Those in power may make an appearance, smile, and speak, but in the end the status quo remains. It’s still got to go.

Kind of a waste of time and resources if you ask me. But you didn’t. Thing is, It’s still got to go.”
