E-mail No

Search Engine Failure ha!

I keep getting e-mails from various organizations saying my web site and blog does not rank well with Google.  They go on to say I need better SEO, (Search Engine Optimization).

They indicate my site needs much improvement, with key words, link backs and so on. Of course they can help - for a price.

All I have to do is respond.

Then they continue, "I found your site in the Google search and after having a look over your website I think you should go for an SEO campaign to boost your marketing strategy."

More words of how much they can help if I would just respond. They end with a P.S.: "I found your site from online advertising but did not click."

Seems to me my search engine optimization is working just fine. If they can find me using Google, so can anyone else.

Email With No

I try to respond to most emails that are not soliciting something. Just in case I haven't answered yours, the reason probably is:

* Subject line only, no message in the body - probably sent from a phone.

* No subject line - filters automatically delete it.

* From line does not include a normal e-mail address.

E-mail Attachments

If you send me an email attachment I do not click on it unless you have forewarned me it is coming by some other means.

This includes e-cards, videos, pictures and most web sites.

I mention this because my trash is larger than my in-box some days. I enjoy e-mail and comments if they are complete, but if they are not their journey continues.
