Missing The Point
Well Miz D, There are (were) things in this world called respect and tradition. Today it has turned into ignorance and uncaring. You don't have to travel very far in our region to see the flag being mis-used and flown in a dis-respectful manner. Not all, but some - treat it today as a decoration, and I don't agree with that.
As for the impatience thing, call it what you like. If you and others enjoy taking twice as much time or more to get an answer or talk to somebody, then have fun on hold. You probably even enjoy the tuneless music they entertain you with as they tell you every 7 seconds that "all our representatives are busy, please stay on the line, we appreciate your call; your call will be answered shortly.." Because after I Press da 1, then da 2 this is what I get.If that is faster then I am in another universe. Modern technology was supposed to speed things up, or makes it somewhat easier, than it used to be - this doesn't seem to be happening in this case.
Thought For Today:
Red > makes things appear farther away than they actually are.
Amber > makes thing appear approximately the correct distance away.
Green > makes things appear closer than they actually are.
