Moving
Miz D indicated she is one month away from a residence change. Having been through a few moves myself, I offer these tips to start with.
At random they seem pretty unimportant, but you just wait and see. To be continued…

- Curtain rods will be about an inch and a half too short.
- The ones that are not too short will be three inches too long.
- It will always rain on moving day.
- The things you need first are always at the bottom of the box in the back.
- No the cable is not turned on yet.
- The electrical power will be on in two or three days time.
- Boxes are always two inches narrower than what you want to put in them.
- You always have the right tools for taking furniture apart, but never for putting them back together even though you have the same toolbox.
