Survey Quota

Even though I participate in very few telephone surveys unless I am in a jovial mood, I do belong to several organizations that send out email surveys on a random but regular basis. These would be on topics that I am interested in, so I don't mind sharing my experiences and opinions.

Payment for these surveys is in the form of a contest entry, or Air Miles points, which usually doesn't amount to much, but I get to share my opinion on topics that I am interested in.

Lately though, and from the names I thought were quite reliable, I get an email that I have another survey to participate in. I follow the link to the site put in my password, and answer anywhere from two to a dozen questions and what do you think the response is?

"We have reached our limit in that category, goodbye!", or some such line.

Once in awhile this is okay, I can understand that. But lately this is becoming more regular than random. These are big name survey outfits I am talking about. Sure I can cut them off and quit answering altogether. But maybe I will list some names here first, so others won't get the same treatment.

After all, my time is just as valuable as theirs.
