West Coast tells the East Coast
Last night on one of our largest television networks on the national news there was a weather person from Vancouver, British Columbia telling us about the major storm that is going to happen in a few days on the East Coast of North America. It could happen that both the US and Canada will be involved.
That just blows me away. (Possible weather term.)
Wouldn't it have more credibility to have a weather department from the East Coast report on the East Coast weather possibilities?
I'm sure there are many capable meteorologists on this side of the continent that can do the job and make it more authentic sounding. It would seem to me the ones on the East Coast are doing the tracking and compiling the information of hurricane Sandy and sending it West, who in turn explain it back to us.
Then again we send some of our fish to China to be packed and sent back to us for sale don't we.
P.S. Not to mention an article in our local paper that says our cost of fuel will go up in the future because cars are becoming more efficient and we won’t use enough.
