Many of us snowbirds glide down to various areas of Florida to avoid the snow and cold. Well there is no snow in Panama City Beach, but there are showers “at times heavy.”  There are no sun tans available unless you bring your own.

Its been raining, with violent thunder & lightning for several days now, with a promise to continue for another day or so. That means tornado watches, possible hail, flash flooding, and all those things.

In the local News Herald Squall line which has reader input, there was one person who stated,

“Pretty sure I saw animals walking two by two in our parking lot this morning. Heading toward a big boat.”

Another stated the newest sport in Florida is   “Car surfing!”
