Not just because I knew the guy and at one time worked at the same place here is a story that I thought was just a perfect thing to do.

These days we dwell on the negative so many times, myself included, that it is so good to hear a story such as this about just plain caring. Gary was a very pleasant person at work and always had time for you.

On the Saturday before his medical emergency Gary was visiting one of our mutual friends. He and I did some online flying using Flight Simulator while at the same time using Skype to talk to each other. It lasted for over an hour as we flew helicopters around Halifax International and he was much better at landing them than I was.

Jacqueline, congratulations on your graduation and as Heatherdee said in the comments, you know who was driving the bus.
