Our weather woman on the evening news, gave us some outstanding information this evening. (Weather woman - that has a better ring to it than wonder woman.) [Can't say weather girl - that is no longer politically correct.]

Anyway back on track, our weather lady passed on this gem of information: Today is exactly two months away from Christmas eve. Now that is downright nasty. That is worse than the 's' word, the 's' word being snow here in Canada.

Heck Halloween is not even over yet. November the 11th hasn't been observed yet. Daylight saving time hasn't ended yet. One thing at a time weather woman. I haven't got my leaves raked up yet, nor the plants all cut down. One thing at a time please. That is like reaching out and giving the world an extra spin.

So whoa, back up , put us on hold. Let me catch up. I gotta get  the Grinch suit out. Now if we could only get the stores to slow down, one of them had Christmas trees out a month ago.
