Let's Analyze This
Here is is less than a day before Christmas and you head off to the local ATM or bank machine to get some badly need cash. Yes some people still know what that stuff is.
So after a quick scan for skimmer devices, you pop your card in, key in that secret number with a beep beep beep. You answer the question of what you want and where you want it from, along with the amount. It will even ask the magic question, "Is the amount correct?" Course it is, I just punched it in.
The machine whirrs, clunks and whirrs some more, hesitates, then whirrs again, another pause and then the famous message on the screen. "Due to technical difficulties your transaction can not be completed. Do you want to do any other banking?" Huh? What other banking can I do?
I came there wanting some cash type money. I can't deposit any because I didn't have any in the first place or I wouldn't have came to the bank machine.
I can't pay any bills because you don't have any money. If you can't pay me, how can I trust you to pay my bills?
Maybe I should rely on online banking. Trouble is my dang printer only prints receipts, never money.
