As previously mentioned I had the opportunity of enjoying the Halifax Tall Ships Parade of Sail from the centre of Halifax harbour, moored near George’s island.

It was an enjoyable day, and I have added some of the pictures and videos to our parent site here. Just click on Halifax Tall Ships 2009 for a condensed view of the day.

After the Parade of Sail our captain took us on a tour of our fabulous Halifax harbour. You may enjoy a different view of busy Halifax harbour from on the water as we cruise up and down the Halifax and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia shores.

I hope to expand this area of our parent web site from time to time with more picture displays of our areas that we so often take for granted.
