He/She Was A Model

When a person has been locked up for stabbing or shooting a person, how can they be a model prisoner? I hear that so often these days.

http://www.graphicsbydezign.com/clipart/202busmt.gifIf a person or persons are walking along anywhere minding their own business, and a group of others come up and stab and assault them, how can they be considered to be in the wrong place at the wrong time? Can anyone tell me where the right place at the right time is?

While inside he participated in a lot of activities and took a lot of courses to better himself. [What did he take to get in there? Property? A Life?]

Some consideration is being given as to whether those doing time, or their families, should be able to write stories or books and make money off the venture. This one is more difficult. Make money no, but in the chance there could be a wrongful conviction, it may be the only way to get the true story out.

It seems there are two groups these days. One that thinks things are getting out of hand and something should be done to correct it.

The other plain and simple seems to think wrong is right.
