Blog Posting Programs
When updating a blog such as this one, convenience and speed often help make the decision to do so.
The normal way of course is to sign in to your blog and use its many features to get everything just right. All things considered this is probably the best way because you are using what your blog site was designed to be used with.
But there are other ways that make things just a little quicker and sometimes easier. For example, every once in a while I used ScribeFire, a program that works inside Firefox. This is apparently one of the most popular ones. But - in the case of Blogger, it cannot upload pictures or graphics. On some blogs it can, but here it is only good if you entire blog entry is text.
I had heard about Window Live Writer in name, but didn't pay much attention until today. Today I decided to give it a try. It is a separate program, but there are many plugins available that lets you do almost anything you want, including inserting graphics or pictures and making links.
It looks interesting as it looks like you can use tables, insert videos and who know what else.I will let you know as time goes on just how seamless this program is, and if it becomes a keeper in our vault of "can't do without" programs.
