Why Does That Always Happen
Even with all the modern technology there are still some things that remain unexplained, and as far as I can see, will likely remain that way.
For example here are some real life examples.
- How come your car never breaks down in the driveway? Why does it always quit in the middle of the biggest intersection or on the busiest street?
- When your car needs a boost, why is it always when it is parked head first into the parking spot with other cars around it, instead of when you back in to the spot?
- Why does the BBQ run out of fuel half way through the cooking process instead of when you first start it and it is warming up?
- Why does the cereal box end up with a few table spoons of cereal left instead of a reasonable bowl full?
- Why does the lawnmower run out of fuel when you have only one strip left?
- Why is there always one utensil left in the suds after you finish washing the dishes and drain the sink?
- Why do you remember to watch that favourite TV program you have been waiting weeks for five minutes from the end?
- Why do you always remember you forgot the towel as you get out of the shower instead of getting in?
The list could go on, but you get the "been there done that," picture. It doesn't seem like modern scientific means can figure it out. So I guess there is only one source of information that will apply. Murphy will always be with us.
